The Department for Education & Child Development (DECD) and the Australian Red Cross have negotiated an Apply First Aid Course tailored for Early Childhood that meets the first aid training requirements of the regulations and falls within the current training contract.

This is a blended course which allows you to complete the theory online in your own time followed by a one day practical session.

Apply First Aid: Early Childhood training can be accessed in three ways:
1. At DECD Sites
2. At the Red Cross Training Centre, Adelaide
3. At DECD Regional Offices

To organise the Apply First Aid: Early Childhood at your site please email Lynn Thoonen.

Programs at the Red Cross Training Centre and at the Regional Offices can be booked into from this website.
