Assessment & Reporting
For short term and long term students (over five consecutive visits) teachers will provide the enrolling school with a ‘Student Progress’ report at the end of each week. This report will summarise the student’s attendance and outline the learning program in which the student was engaged.
An ‘Exit Report’/’Transition Report’ will be provided, as needed, to the enrolling school at discharge. This report will summarise the student’s attendance, outline the learning program/outcomes and provide teacher comments.
